Day 1: Set your Mission, Vision, and goals for 2024 with Clive Enever. Create a comprehensive strategy, including financial, team, and strategic goals.
Day 2: Linda Reed-Enever will review successful marketing trends and strategies from 2023 and show you how to optimise them for your business in 2024. Develop your Marketing Plan and explore creative ways to share your story.
Day 3: Linda will guide you through a rapid-fire short-form video session to create compelling content for 2024. In the afternoon, work with Clive to develop an actionable Strategic Timeline based on the goals and milestones set on Day 1.
