I am woefully disorganised.
I have two kids at home, run my own business AND work for others too. Yet, I still can’t seem to get my you know what together!
I love organisers. I buy diaries like there will never be another one printed ever again. I have planners and calendars and organisers up the whazoo. But you know what? I’m STILL not organised! I forget to use them, I couldn’t be bothered using them, it’s too hard, yada yada yada. I’m clearly not a person made for organisers.
Or am I?
The Mindfulness Planner looks like it would be hard work, but it’s totally not. It has allowed me to separate the parts of my day and my life that I was all jumbling into one big mess.
My thoughts, my goals, my day, my chores, my jobs, meals, shopping and even passwords. All are separate from one another, yet together in one planner, so I can still keep track of everything at a very quick glance.
I can print out the planner as many times as I like, add more pages, take pages away, and it helps keep me focussed on what I really should be paying attention to, instead of letting all of the little day to day things get in the way.
I love that I can personalise it with my own colours – although, my 8-year-old has done most of the decorating for me! Still, it’s a planner that no one else has and I like it like that!
The ‘Reaching My Goals’ page has been especially useful in my personal business, as I strive to reach targets I have set myself. Instead of having them in my head, they are written down, coloured in and placed where I can see them each time I sit down to work.
