Tailwind makes my marketing for me

Need a mindset refresh? Sometimes a small shift is all it takes to bring clarity, focus, and renewed energy to your day.

In this short and practical episode of The Business Owners Podcast, Linda Reed-Enever shares one of her go-to strategies for steering your thoughts back to positivity, especially when you’re learning something new or juggling many roles.

This quick mindset exercise will help you reframe challenges, recognise your progress, and put your focus where it matters most.

Simple Positivity Reset Tips

  • Set a 5-minute timer and write down everything positive happening in your world or business.

  • Use two lists: positives on one page, negatives on another. For every 1 negative, write 3 positives.

  • Highlight 3 key wins from your positive list. These are your reminders of progress.

  • Discard the negative list (bin it, shred it, delete it). It’s not serving you.

  • Make the positive list visible. Post it by your desk, in your journal, or wherever you’ll see it.

What to Do Next

Put pen to paper. This exercise works best when you write, not just think. Writing helps lock in the wins, shift your mindset, and reconnect with your momentum.

Aligning Offers for Impact

Reviewing your offers is vital. What served you two years ago might not align with your goals, energy, or audience today. Audit your offer suite, keep what lights you up, refresh what needs an update, and retire what no longer serves.
